SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, California – August 14, 2026: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP’s cloud human capital management suite, today announced the general availability of its 1H 2026 release, introducing a connected network of AI agents spanning recruiting, workforce administration, payroll, learning, performance, and talent development.

Rather than isolated point features, the agents work behind the scenes together, anticipating a manager’s or HR professional’s next step and surfacing relevant guidance in the flow of work.

The release also brings native integration between SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, stitching recruiting, core HR, and onboarding into a single, continuous experience. For hiring teams, that means moving a candidate from offer to first day without re-entering data across disconnected systems, while keeping the experience consistent from candidate through new hire.
